How to add customers to Sticos Oversikt
Add new customer
An administrator or customer administrator can easily add new customers via the customer list in Sticos Oversikt
- To add a new customer via the customer list in Sticos Oversikt, go to Clients - Create new customer.
- Search for organization number or name.
If the customer does not have a Norwegian organization number, you can click Enter manually. Here you can also enter a fictitious organization number if the customer does not yet have an organization number. You can change this later.
- Select company from the results list.
- Choose whether you want to Add selected client and start client survey or Add selected client, but skip client survey.
- Continue with client survey and Onboarding of the new customer.
Import customers from file
If you want to import multiple customers at the same time, but without integrating with an ERP-system, you can upload a CSV file.
To import customers from a CSV file, go to Administration panel - Import customers. Upload the CSV file.
File import requirements:

Must be a CSV UTF-8 file
- Must be separated by a semicolon
- Must have at least three columns
- Must have the following order: Name; Customer ID; Organization number
- Only Norwegian companies with an organization number are imported. Foreign companies must be entered manually
Import customers from ERP system
Once you have activated customers in the ERP integration in Sticos, these must be imported into Sticos Oversikt so that you can retrieve accounting data from the accounting system. You must be an administrator to be able to import customers from the ERP system.
- To import customers into Sticos Oversikt, the customers must first be activated in the ERP integration.
- In Sticos Oversikt, go to Administration panel - Import customers.
- In the list you will find all customers that are activated in the ERP integration, and are not yet in Sticos Oversikt. Select all or the ones you want to import.
- Click Import selected.
- The customers will now be listed under Customers. This may take some time if you are importing many customers.
If you have activated customers in the ERP integration, but cannot find them under Import customers, they may be listed as inactive in the customer list. Go to the menu item Clients and see if you find the customers under Inactive clients.
Activate inactive customers
If you have performed offboarding and deactivated a customer in Sticos Oversikt, you can reactivate them if necessary. Read about offboarding by customer here.
- To reactivate an inactive customer in Sticos Oversikt, go to Clients.
- Filter on Inactive clients.
- In the Status column, far right, click Inactive.
- Change to Active.
- Confirm activation of client.
