Template library
How to customise the template library in Sticos Oversikt
In Sticos Oversikt, we have a template library with many document templates that we have created for your use. You can use the templates as a starting point for letters and documents that you send to your customers by retrieving the documents from the customer archive. The merge fields retrieve information from the system so that you can easily prepare documents.
Although you will find many useful documents in the template library, it is important to remember to use the processes available in Sticos Oversikt. For example, we have templates for internal control in the template library, but we still recommend that you use our processes for assessing the customer's internal procedures and risks. You must be an administrator to customise, create and delete templates.
Edit document template
- To edit a template, go to Administrative - Library - Template Library.
- Click on the name of the desired document to open it in Word.
- Make the desired changes. For example, you can add your company's logo to the document.
- Click Save in the Word document. The document will then be automatically saved in Sticos Oversikt.
Once you have made changes to a template, we recommend changing the name of the document. To rename the document, select the relevant document and choose Rename.
Import Sticos templates
- If you want to retrieve Sticos' versions again, go to Administrative - Library - Template Library.
- Select the documents you want to import.
- Click Import selected.
It is important to note that the templates in red have the same name as templates that have already been imported. If you choose to import these, the new documents will overwrite the documents with the same name in the template library. It is therefore advisable to change the name of customised templates so that you do not lose any work.
Add your own templates
- Add your own document templates to the template library by going to Administrative - Library - Template Library.
- Select a folder where the document should be stored. You can also create your own folder.
- Click Select file to retrieve the document from your PC, or drag the document into the field.
