Transfer tasks between employees
How to transfer tasks, tasks and authorizations between employees in Sticos Oversikt
It is possible to mass-manage the transfer of all tasks from one employee to another, for example if an employee quits.
Assignments and tasks
- To transfer tasks between employees, go to Administrative - Register - Employees and select the employee you want to transfer tasks FROM.
- Click on Customer access - Clients, assignments and tasks.
- Select customers, assignments and tasks that you want to transfer to another employee.
- Click Transfer selected tasks to.
- Select from the list who you want to transfer the responsibility TO.
- Click Transfer.
Authorizations
- To transfer authorizations between employees, go to Administrative - Register - Employees and select the employee you want to transfer tasks FROM.
- Click Customer access - Authorization.
- Select authorizations that you want to transfer to another employee.
- Click Select employee to assign to.
- Select from the list who you want to transfer the responsibility TO. to.
- Click Transfer.
