Transfer tasks between employees

How to transfer tasks, tasks and authorizations between employees in Sticos Oversikt

It is possible to mass-manage the transfer of all tasks from one employee to another, for example if an employee quits.

Assignments and tasks

  • To transfer tasks between employees, go to Administrative - Register - Employees and select the employee you want to transfer tasks FROM.
  • Click on Customer access - Clients, assignments and tasks.
  • Select customers, assignments and tasks that you want to transfer to another employee. 
  • Click Transfer selected tasks to. 
  • Select from the list who you want to transfer the responsibility TO.
  • Click Transfer.

Authorizations

  • To transfer authorizations between employees, go to Administrative - Register - Employees and select the employee you want to transfer tasks FROM.
  • Click Customer access - Authorization.
  • Select authorizations that you want to transfer to another employee. 
  • Click Select employee to assign to. 
  • Select from the list who you want to transfer the responsibility TO. to. 
  • Click Transfer.
