Invoice basis
Create invoice basis
- To create an invoice basis that can be used as a basis for invoicing your customers, go to Time - Invoice basis.
- Under Not invoiced you must adjust the date interval to the desired view.
- Now you will see a list of all clients where time has been registered for which no invoice basis has been created, within the selected date range.
- Click on the customer you want to create an invoice basis for.
- Here you will see a list of hours divided by assignment, day and any tasks. Select what you want to create an invoice basis for.
- Adjust billable time if desired. As an administrator, you can adjust billable time for other employees.
- The price is retrieved from the price register. This can be overwritten, or you can choose to use a fixed price by selecting Fixed price.
- Click Save basis.
- You will now find the invoice basis under Time - Invoice basis - History. Click on the three dots on the right to download the invoice basis. The information in the basis is the overview of the hours you have included in this basis and you can enter this into your billing system.
The information on the history page can be exported to Excel.
Delete invoice basis

- Edit invoice draft.
- Approve invoice basis and move to history.

Price register
In the price register in Stico's Overview, you can set a standard price for each assignment, per customer. You must be an administrator or customer administrator to update the price register.
- To enter a standard price in the price register, go to Time - Price register.
- Enter Fixed price and/or Hourly price on the different assignments listed.
When Fixed price and/or Hourly price are predefined in the price register, the amount will automatically appear in the invoice basis. This value can be overridden.
If you enter a new value in the invoice basis, you will be able to choose to Update price register ster so that the price register is updated with the new value.
- The change made in the price register is automatically saved.
If you have integration with Tripletex, you will not have the menu item Price register. The prices are set in Tripletex, not in Sticos.
