There are no additional costs for searches, as all contacts and companies are screened at startup and then monitored as long as the solution is turned on. - Is there a binding period for customer control in Sticos Oversikt?
Customer control in Sticos Overview is valid for 1 month, and is automatically renewed until the administrator deactivates the function. You pay for the current month you turn the module on/off.
- Why doesn't the customer control page load for me?
If your company uses a terminal server, such as Citrix, you may experience that you cannot access the customer control module because the page does not load. To solve this for those of you who use a terminal server, the web address must be approved as a secure source.
