How to customize assignment templates in Stico\'s Overview
To easily and efficiently create new assignments for customers in Sticos Oversikt, it is important that you create good assignment templates. Sticos has created some examples that you can use as a starting point, but you must adapt these assignment templates to your needs so that they fit most of your customers. You use assignment templates as a starting point to create assignments for customers, where you can make small adjustments so that the assignment is specific to that customer.
Only administrators can create assignment templates.
Edit existing assignment templates
- To edit an existing assignment template, go to Administrative - Assignments - Assignment Templates.
- Click on the name of the template you want to edit.
- You can choose to copy the template to start with a copy. You copy the template by clicking Copy assignment template.
- Make the desired adjustments and click Save assignment template.
If you edit an assignment template that has been used on one or more assignments, you will be able to transfer the change in the template to the assignments if desired. See Edit assignments for more information on how to transfer the change to assignments.
Create a new assignment template
- To create a completely new assignment template, go to Administrative - Assignments - Assignment Templates.
- Click New assignment template.
- Enter description, deadlines and tasks.
- Click Save assignment template.
Import Stico's templates
You can import our templates again at any time, then it will be duplicated.
- To import Stico's assignment templates, go to Administrative - Assignments - Assignment Templates.
- Click Import Sticos templates.
- You will now see Sticos' templates:
- Sticosmal Accounting VAT deadlines
- Sticosmal Accounting
- Sticosmal Payroll
- Sticosmal Invoicing
- Sticosmal Annual settlement
- Sticosmal Accounting annual
- Sticosmal Accounting VAT quarterly (reverse tax liability)
- Sticosmal Register of beneficial owners
Delete assignment template
- To delete an assignment template, go to Administrative - Assignments - Assignment templates.
- Click Delete in the column to the right of the desired assignment template.
If you delete an assignment template that has been used on an assignment, the assignment will not be deleted. However, since the template no longer exists, you will not be able to make changes to the assignment that was based on this assignment template.
Field explanations assignment template
Name
The name of the assignment template will be included when you create an assignment agreement.
Description
Customize the description of the assignment itself and each individual task.
Assignment category
It is important to set an assignment category on the assignment template, so that you can later risk assess the assignments based on these categories and create customer routines.
Offset X month(s)
Offset the deadline for the assignment from the accounting period.
Regularity
The frequency set at the top right of the assignment template determines how often this assignment will be completed. This is the deadline for the assignment itself.
To-do
You can add new tasks, retrieve tasks from other task templates (the task library), or delete tasks.
Each task has its own regularity, and can be linked to the task deadline. Customize the deadlines for each individual task so that they suit most of your customers.
Preview gives you an overview of the dates the deadlines fall on, as well as which accounting month the deadline belongs to.
Task type
Offset from task deadline
Offset from task deadline is a deadline based on the regularity of the task itself. Here you set how many days before (-) or after (+) the assignment deadline you want this task to be completed.
Custom Recurrence
Use this deadline to set a recurring deadline, for example every week, month, etc.
Single Deadline
A single deadline will only appear once.
No Deadline
You can create tasks without a deadline. Tasks without a deadline will never be due. However, they will be ready in the to-do list to be completed when you need to document that this task has been completed.
